Searchology built Bice Electrical a service and suburb SEO website from scratch. Organic traffic grew 356%, monthly organic enquiries grew 206% and nearly 1 in 10 Google visitors now gets in touch.
Matt Bice has been on the tools for more than 20 years, but until late 2025 his business had no website and no presence in Google beyond a bare Business Profile. Searchology designed and built a new website in September 2025 with one job in mind: turn the electrical searches happening every day across southern Adelaide into phone calls and quote requests.
A dedicated page for every service Bice offers, from switchboard upgrades and RCD testing to ceiling fan installation and house rewiring, plus a page for each suburb in the service area so the business shows up for searches like “electrician Aberfoyle Park”.
Categories, services and photos optimised for the Maps pack, with the website link tagged so every Maps visit and enquiry is measured.
Phone taps and quote forms tracked as key events in Google Analytics, so the monthly report shows enquiries, not just traffic.
Fast mobile pages, schema markup, internal linking and click to call buttons on every page.
Google’s AI Overview also cites Bice Electrical first for “smoke alarm testing Adelaide” and second for “EV charger installation Adelaide”. In the Google Maps pack, Search Console shows the business in first or second position for suburb searches such as “electrician Woodcroft”, “electrician Reynella” and “electrician Happy Valley”. Organic positions verified in Ahrefs, September 2026.

Organic search is now the single largest source of enquiries for the business, ahead of direct, social and referral traffic combined.
